Throughout the year, we host retreats in Chiang Mai, Chiang Dao, Chiang Rai, Nan, and Krabi. We keep the group size intimate so the experience is personal and transformative.

Adventures in nature (running, hiking, climbing), physical training, wild movement, and stress management techniques build strength, improve resilience, and rebalance the nervous system.

Two-day Rehab Retreat

  • If you're struggling with an injury or chronic pain, this two-day intensive rehabilitation experience is designed for you. We focus on your pain and experiment with strategies that bring relief and ease. The goal is for you to leave with tools to build a life uncompromised by pain.

    Each day starts at 9am and ends at 2pm. Healthy lunch included.

Into the Wild

  • Our Into the Wild retreat consolidates our holistic approach to health. Over the course of three days, you’ll enjoy professional and highly personalised training, adventures in nature (hiking, climbing, trail running), and health workshops (tackling nutrition, strength training, corrective exercises). The retreat will kickstart your new health routine and a life lived closer to nature.

Run Wild

  • Over two days, we’ll work on supplemental strength training, running-ready mobility, technique, nutrition, and race strategies. All to help you run with efficiency and stay injury-free. And of course we’ll go on some really cool trail runs!

Women On The Wall

  • A transformative two-day retreat where we use climbing and mindful movement to push past our perceived limits and reconnect with nature.

    Retreats are hosted in Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai, and Nam Pha Pa Yai.
