Because women aren’t weaker men.
Science has caught up and confirms what we instinctively know: women aren’t weaker men. Our bodies respond differently to training, and come with their own physiological quirks and stimulus responses. (For one, it’s harder to workout when you’re on your period or right after; men don’t suffer cyclic energy dips.)
Wild Women is a bespoke training methodology that accounts for hormone fluctuations, pregnancies, perimenopause/menopause, and all that we women endure.
Outdoor climbing– where you face an actual physical challenge– gives our system something real to respond to. It demands our focus, ability to adapt, and trust. It can function as a powerful reset from the noise and distractions (read: bullshit) that can creep into our days.
WomenOnTheWall is a climbing retreat built around the idea that climbing outdoors isn’t a retreat from life but forces us back into it. It kicks us out of our heads and plants us back in the present.
Activities include: mindful climbing, meditation, hikes, fireside chats, and journaling.

“I hurt, I hurt a lot. One doctor told me: ‘Well, you’re getting old. Tough.’ When I came to ReWilder, I was impressed with their know-how and holistic approach… These days, I feel stronger. And capable. When I learn new moves, it helps me feel more comfortable in my skin. I don’t hurt the same way anymore.”
